REQUIREMENTS FOR AUTHORS OF REPORTS
1. Full text of reports - up to 8 pages, incl. figures and tables.
2. Reports are sent electronically to e-mail: iscmi@tu-sofia.bg
3. Reports meeting deadlines, subject matter and layout are printed after a positive review.
4. The requirements for the technical design of the reports are published at http://fman.tu-sofia.bg
5. The regulation for delivering and discussing a report is 15 minutes. Presentation of the reports can be on-site or remotely and is mandatory.
6. Working languages: English, Russian, Bulgarian.
7. A collection of works in one copy is provided for each presented report.
8. One participation fee covers the expenses of one rapporteur for a maximum of two dokiladas.
9. Selected extended works in English are also published in e-libraries with a citation index.

REQUIREMENTS TO THE TECHNICAL FORMATION OF REPORTS
Reports must be submitted in a print-ready format.
General conditions. Conference papers must be written in one of the official languages (Bulgarian, Russian or English). The text of the report should be on A4, with a maximum of 45 lines per text page (Single Space), with margins of 20 mm on all sides of the printed frame and in Times New Roman font, with a letter height of 14 Pt (fourteen pints) , double-aligned on MS Word. The full text of the report should be up to 8 pages, including figures, photos, tables, etc. Pages are not numbered. The reports are sent as attachments in MS Word.doc format to the e-mail address: iscmi@tu-sofia.bg
Structure of the report. The report should contain the following parts: title, name and surname of the author(s), workplace, country, e-mail address, abstract in English only, keywords in English only, introduction (subject and purpose of the research used methods, analytical review of the literature, etc.), presentation, conclusion, list of used literature.
Format of the report
1. Title of the report and name and surname of the author(s). The title of the report should be written on the first page in the language in which the report is written. The title of the report must be written in capital letters and centered (Center, Times New Roman 14 pt, Bold). The name and surname of the author(s) in the language in which the report was written is written after the title of the report. The first and last name of the author or co-authors should be written in lowercase and centered (Center, Times New Roman 14 pt, Bold). A Single Space must be left between the title and the name of the author(s). Under the name and surname of the author (co-authors), the name of the institution and the country of origin of the author (co-authors) and their e-mail addresses are written in small letters (Center, Times New Roman 12 pt, Italic). Information about the next author is written on a new line. When the report is written in Bulgarian or Russian, after the section with data about the author(s), the English translation of the title of the report is recorded, as well as the name and surname of the author(s), workplace, country, e-mail address - all in English. If the main text of the report is in English, it is not necessary to record the title and author data in Bulgarian.
2. The abstract and keywords are in English only in Times New Roman 14 pt font size. They must be separated from the institution, country and email address with a Double Space, and start at the beginning of the line. The words Abstract and Keywords are in Bold. The abstract should be no more than 800 printed characters, double-aligned. There should not be a single line space between the summary and keywords. Keywords must be 6 -10, separated by commas. A period is placed after the word Summary, and a colon is placed after Keywords.
3. The main text of the introduction, exposition and conclusion can be in one of the languages - Bulgarian, English or Russian with the font size Times New Roman 14 pt. They must be bilaterally aligned. The last page of the report must be filled no less than 70%.
4. Formulas and other symbols should be written in Equation Editor 3, Italic 12 pt, indices - with 12 pt, their sub-indexes - with 10 pt. Matrices should be written in square brackets, vectors in Bold-Regular 12 pt. All figures, including index numbers, are presented in Regular. Formulas must be centered. They are numbered with Arabic numerals in parentheses and must be right-aligned. There must be a Double Space between the formula and the text.
5. Figures and tables should be placed where indicated, centered and numbered consecutively and captioned. Numbers of figures and captions should be below them with Center, Times New Roman 12 pt, and on tables - above them with Right, Times New Roman 12 pt. Figures and tables should be separated from the text by Double Space.
6. The names of the introduction, section titles and conclusion should be written in Times New Roman 14 pt, Bolt and start at the beginning of the line. The introduction, chapter headings and conclusion should be numbered with one Arabic numeral, and the sub-headings of the parts with two Arabic numerals separated by a period. The introduction, section headings and sub-sections should be separated from the above text by a Double Space.
7. Literary sources must be described in Latin and conform to the Harvard reference style. The main literature sources in the text should be in the format (Nugus 1999) and should be listed in the order of citation in the report. The list of used literary sources should be written after the conclusion. The word References should be written in lowercase Times New Roman 14pt, Bold. The list of references used should be written in Times New Roman 12 pt according to the example below. The bibliography (the literature used) in the reports, which is in Cyrillic or in a non-Latin alphabet, should be transliterated into Latin using the program http://2cyr.com/?7. It is allowed to translate the title of the literary masterpiece into English, after which the language of the original is written in brackets, for example (bul).
8. Criteria for evaluation of the reports: relevance of the issue, originality and innovation of the scientific/scientific-applied research, theoretical/methodical justification, applied results, quality of the technical design, general evaluation for acceptance of the publication.
